When to play
Stage 2: Veigar needs Blue Buff and crit pieces early to build value, with Rek'Sai holding the tank set and Kobuko as a cheap Dövüşçü bridge.
Stage 3: Stay at 5 and slow roll above 50 for Veigar 3, Rek'Sai 3 and Kobuko 3; take a quick roll only when you are already close to finishing the carry.
Stage 4+: After those one-cost upgrades, move to 8 for Fiddlesticks, Rammus and Gnar, with Sett completing Blossom; keep Veigar at 3-0 and Rek'Sai up front. All Ones directly rerolls his pool, while Backrow Star gives his cast window more speed.
