When to play
Stage 2: Give Teemo Blue Buff and AP components as soon as he appears, with Tristana as the spare AD holder; Rammus should receive the early armor rather than Morgana's damage set.
Stage 3: Level 6 at 3-2 and slow roll for Teemo 3, keeping Veigar and Kobuko pairs without sacrificing the 50-gold threshold.
Stage 4+: Add Gözcü to round out the front and keep Rammus at 0-2; Teemo stays at 3-1 with Tristana beside him, while Morgana is the utility caster. Bark Armor suits the tank line, and All Fours is a late shop boost rather than a reason to rush levels.
