Coven

Coven is a TFT Set 18 trait carried by 5 champions. Its breakpoints are 3, 4, 5 and 7; each one unlocks a new tier of the trait. It is currently played in 4 meta comps; the strongest is Ahri Fast 8 Coven (B tier).

Gather Essence by killing champions, plus more by losing player combat. Beginning at 40 Essence, choose to convert Essence to rewards or continue gathering Essence. Each reward requires increasing amounts of Essence.

Breakpoints and effects

When the number of different Coven champions on your board reaches a breakpoint, that tier's effect turns on. The values come from Riot's game data.

• 3: 2 Essence per kill, 22 Essence per loss
• 4: 2 per kill, 28 per loss
• 5: 3 per kill, 35 per loss
• 7: 10 per kill, 60 per loss
